As a college freshman, I co-founded the DU Film Production Club (DUFPC). The club's primary purpose was to provide the opportunity to grow your film portfolio as a first-year student, before you were able to take courses that certified you in industry equipment. “The Most Terrible Poverty” was the first short film that I wrote and directed through DUFPC in college, and to this day it still holds a special place in my heart!
